Timothy Nouzak

 Cultural Studies and Communication.

Teaching & Lectures.

Timothy Nouzak’s teaching practice is situated at the intersection of performance art, cultural studies and embodied practice. Lectures and seminars are structured as interactive, reciprocal learning environments, viewing the exchange as a space for collective research. By combining theoretical questions with embodiment practice, the exchange invites to rethink the body’s agency as a tool for understanding complex systems, ranging from sustainability and urban ecology to social relations, cultural identity, artistic mentoring, and curatorial practice.

Currently working as a university lecturer at the Angewandte Performance Laboratory (APL), University of Applied Arts Vienna, Timothy regularly follows invitations to guest lectures.
